Sounds too hard to believe. And when a person has a reaction how do they find out which lot number caused the adverse reaction? Maybe the person had two shots and three boosters. Which one(s) caused the adverse reaction? I'm thinking this is fake news.
Usually the adverse effect is reported after the most recent dose, so that would be the lot number entered. VAERS is used to report acute vaccine injuries that usually occur shortly after the injection. If the person had 2 shots and 3 boosters and no injury until the 3rd booster, then that's the lot number that would be entered.
