Why would Putin agree to a temporarily suspending operations so Biden could visit Ukraine? Why would he allow a publicity stunt he knows is being staged to justify continuing the war?

Perhaps Putin didn't want to risk hitting Biden, with sentiment towards supporting Ukraine starting to turn. Also, the optics of Biden being there on President’s Day instead of Ohio helps.

Its a no brainer, if Putin were to take Biden out, THAT is how you spark a super hot WWIII and he knows it. But in reality, Biden never went to Ukraine as proofed by the weather not lining up with reality.
