I don't know for sure about this (just an intuition) , but I've always felt that they don't get the great reviews to stay on the air or are very popular, but are kept on the air for their leftists propaganda they spew daily.

Just as CNN (with ratings lows and hardly any viewers) is kept on the air to do the same thing.
