Kek it's been a wonderfully mild winter for NE Europe. I don't recall any significant or out of ordinary patterns or anything reported in MSM for central Europe either.

This is pure economic fear mongerin' IMO.

Yep, here is South Western Europe we have also had a mild winter and February has been lovely for the most part.
