If you can find more info on overseas deployment of US forces over the past year, perhaps from the DOD or another presumably accurate site, that would be helpful. The two I provided below give some direction and info, but one states that actual numbers are released in September from official sources. This gives us a five month span since then to figure out if there's been a recent ramp-up.
