That paint might be washable, but it will certainly reduce grip, especially for anyone on a motorbike/bicycle. Tell me they were arrested for reckless endangerment?

I saw an idiot riding his bike through that, what a moron. I'm a cyclist and would have got myself on the sidewalk. That paint must have gotten on his shoes, clothes, and all over the bike. Maybe he is a Ukraine flaggie.
