How convenient is it that East Palestine Ohio is right on top of where a consortium group of Hyperloop Transportation Technologies (HTT) and Northern Ohio Coordinating Agency (NOACA) want to put a regional transport system in that goes right through East Palestine Ohio in the Pittsburgh/Cleveland leg. How convenient is this crisis for that effort?

........and how convenient that the feddies have given themselves license to seize contaminated lands.
Cleveland, Ohio, is set to become the first 15 Minute City in the United States with a project that will transform 35 acres of land into apartments, offices and green space... and it's only a 1 hour 50 minute drive from East Palestine. I told you they're kettling us in!
Well shit, I'm 20 minutes away from Cleveland and this is the first I'm hearing of it. Sure enough, I see multiple articles from the past two years of the Cleveland mayor boasting about it. One more reason to never go downtown.
Government land grab perfectly teed up..
Didn't Cali do some thing simular ,"wildfires"- hi-speed train path.
Eyes on this, this is a classic steal without using eminent domain, first destroy property values then scoop it up cheap for a major profit. Same plot from old west railroad movies. Watch the water
Eminent Domain is old school.
