Perp does not fit the white supremacist narrative.
You're missing the other more significant half of it.
It's giving license to joggers to commit acts of violence with impunity. The revolving door in the bail system is putting these people back out on the streets and asking sympathy for them.
It's Black History Month and acts like this are their history, in real time.
One they choose to ignore.
