I think the date stamp of the photo is when the post was uploaded, but I believe that photograph is from the original date of 2015 as there would be no reason in 2020 to have Obama and Fauci go to a lab and have a public photo taken of said visit.

That said, I actually don't know for sure as a) I wasn't there in person and b) I'm not living in Obama's brain. So technically, I don't have a lot to base my "no reason" statement on, but I'm just using common sense. Literally everything is about optics these days, so to me it seems most obvious that this wasn't the case.
