A government-appointed San Francisco committee says qualified Black residents should receive $5 million each in reparations. Critics, including some reparations advocates, dismiss the idea.

Time for all other races in Cali to start identifying as black. The leftist Cali government can't argue with it because they have already established that a person is what they identify as.
