They tend to be cold and clammy. But when I exercise they are finally feeling warm. But I'm getting that pins and needles feeling more right now, which I cannot explain. In addition to the Thorne Labs stuff I'm taking a dab of SmartGuard (Fenbendazole) for brain fog and it has been noticably helping. But I want this god damn neuropathy gone.
Both hands are equally effected. Next worse is feet, sometimes when I go to sleep I am really bothered by it and have to move my feet constantly to get to a comfortable position. But it is more than just hands and feet. It is like my skin, or the nerves below the skin all over my body changed. The day I beat covid and the neuropathy started, my feet were the worst. It was like they were on fire. I couldn't stand it. It took a full 24 hours and another round of sleep before I could tolerate the stinging sensation.
When I read this article, I felt like it was written for me. It is like a layer under my skin has completely changed. But what the hell do I do to get back to normal?
A friend of mine took the shingles vaccine a few years ago. He was stricken by a very similar bout of neuropathy in hands, feet. They put him on a drug called gabapentin.
I do not want to take this shit. It causes bad side effects.
I have been wanting to try two things: Accupuncture and Infrared Sauna. I've tried so many supplements in an attempt to get rid of the neuropathy.
Also I will add, Appetite is good. I eat overall very healthy things, mainly meat, fish, some chicken, many eggs, dark fruits, apples/bananas, mostly organic. By the way, digestion is a whole other ball of wax. This is why I am on the L-Glutamine. It has been my savior to allow me to shit again. I took too many Advil while I had covid and it destroyed my guts. I had to go to the ER. It almost killed me. The destruction of my gut let to multiple panic attacks. I was terribly constipated and shat blood for almost a year before finding L-Glutamine and another supplement called Apex Energetics K-60 REPAIRVITE.
