That sounds good, but the vax batches differ. Maybe giving vaxxed blood to someone who is vaxxed but got a lesser batch might hurt them.
Maybe society just has to manage with less donated blood and only from unvaxxed.
My wife had to undergo surgery a couple months ago, we let the doctors know she wanted to self-donate if they thought she would need a transfusion.
Considering there was an almost perpetual blood shortage before this BS, self-donation should be mandatory for anyone who's capable as it would be less burdensome on supply and it's got better prognosis. Then there'd actually be a solid supply for people in the "beggars can't be choosers" situations like catastrophic blood loss after vehicular accidents.
Somehow, that idea gives me the heebeegeebees as well. There will be a shortage of blood, as there already is. Will (((they))) then force the unvaxxed to give blood? I don't know how hospitals would make up a shortfall otherwise. Perhaps the doctors can do with less, but I don't think hospitals just hook up any old person to blood - they can hydrate people with saline solution or plasma, for example. The shortage will mean some people are going to die.
The problem is that some vaxxed blood tends to clot, so is pretty useless. So I can understand why they are coming up with the legislation. They currently have to throw away the useless stuff.
I don't know, fren.
