Preparations are quite simple. Stop all probabilities for nuclear war long before it achieves and momentum to thrust it forward. It dies early and never achieves critical mass and just dies on the vine.
That is how you prevent it and that is the only preparations required.
The only way we avoid nuclear war is if the military stands down.
That’s the plan. Our military will capitulate. We will become someone else’s property.
Military is the only way.
