The dropout rate is very high. So they don't care about doing well on a test, to begin with.
Inner-city black schools are not producing the next rocket scientist.
They don't care about the test at all. A lot of them won't show up to class even if you made it easier.
They don't care.
Single moms see school as a way to get some time away from their kids.
They don't care about how hard a test is.
I am talking about the actual people brother. Not a rep in a suit.
I don't know any minority that has ever asked for this.
