So, do they have an actual contagion to release? Or is the media the spreader of a mind virus?
If they do, they’re committed war crimes.
It's hard to tell. From the text that is presented it could be either.
it is worth noting that they may being played in the same way that they are playing the public, but the ones playing them would likely be the ones who control the variants (if that is the case)
Either way is deadly (due to placebo effect) so it doesn’t make a difference as to their guilt or culpability.
