Does anybody know what manual outlines all these military procedures and regulations and where to access it? I remember all this being discussed in real time back then as it was happening but had no way of confirming any of the claims. They were coming from people who claimed to be military but still, it would be mighty satisfying to see it in black and white and be able to show it to others with confidence.
The United States Department of Defense Law of War Manual would likely be in effect right now if we are, in fact, in a state of war outside the normal operation of civilian government and Article III courts.
Note that it was updated in 2020 prior to the election.
I’m wholly familiar with the Devolution theory. That’s not what I’m referring to here though. Just something on the ritual procedures/instructions of the military. What should be worn in what instances, said, what songs played, how the gun salutes are done, etc.
Understood. This looks like one important piece of the puzzle. Military behaving the way they behave is done for very specific reasons (even if we don't truly know what those reasons are). I was expanding on what this might mean and how it might fit into the bigger picture.

Drill and Ceremonies Manual. It's different for each branch.
