My understanding of Devolution, is that Trump is not in charge, Biden is not in charge. The military is in control. Sometimes in war, the enemy does damage while the good guys are in the process of countermeasures. Are some sacrificed in war to win a bigger battle? Yes. Is saving the country the bigger battle? Also, yes. Just my old lady thoughts.
