I didn't watch the video, but disorderly conduct includes disrupting a business from conducting its normal flow. In my state, a separate statute exists to enhance crimes (typically used for sentencing) for hate-motivated crimes.

Obviously that would apply to things like say homicide, aggravated battery, aggravated assault etc.

Not sure that would OR should apply to disorderly conduct (misdemeanor).

Edit: I would encourage all of you to be mindful that even tho law enforcement is generally on YOUR side and not these woke-losers, we still have to enforce the law to protect the public, property and alleged "victims". So just be mindful when protesting or saying/doing certain things that might land you in a confrontation with law enforcement.
