I have heard Trump talk about the dogs left behind in Afghanistan on many occasions. He did so again and his CPAC speech few nights ago. He says, "We left the dogs behind and the Taliban doesn't like dogs". Go to the 1:00:50 mark in this link.

What is the meaning of "Dogs of War"?
The Dogs of War, also known as Regiments of Renown, is a catch-all term used in the Old World to generally describe armies or bands of mercenaries from all across the Known World, fighting on behalf of anyone willing to pay their exorbitant prices.
MERCENARIES, fighting on behalf of anyone willing to pay their exorbitant prices!!!
What were the mercenaries doing there? They were protecting the CIA top brass and the CIA's poppy fields. The Afghanistan war was extended for so many years because the CIA was there creating revenue, fueling the drug trade, funding their own terrorism. It has ended.
The media was hysterical about the people left behind. That is called gaslighting the public. Many in FAKE mainstream media are CIA assets themselves. The people left behind were the "Dogs of War". The people left behind would have been the Afghanistan people who were cooperating with the CIA to produce the drugs the CIA wanted. You have to understand, the Taliban attempted to eliminate the poopy fields in Afghanistan. They saw what the drugs did to their society and tried to eliminate it. When the USA entered the scene 20 years ago, the CIA refueled the drug trade there.
Now that the Taliban was in control again, the Afghan people who were cooperating with the CIA knew they were left in a vulnerable position. The Taliban would be coming for them for cooperating with the enemy, the CIA.
Trump has said he wants the death penalty for drug dealers. Trump told the story many times about President Xi of China who said, "drug dealers are executed."

Here is a article talking about the dogs left behind in Afghanistan.
The article quotes Brig. Gen Patrick Ryder who say the military did not leave behind dogs in cages. You have to realize; military service dogs are assigned to handlers. The handler and the dog form a life long relationship at that point. The handler trains the dog and they become a team. Any military removed that day from Afghanistan would NOT leave their service dog behind. They carry these dogs on their backs at times. It would be like you leaving behind your child, it would not happen.
Where did the dog photo originate?
"The photo circulating online was first shared to Twitter on Aug. 29 by Veteran Sheepdogs of America"
There was a organization that got involved to rescue the dogs left behind. This organization is called Veteran Sheepdogs of America. Their stated mission is to help organize and unite veterans, giving them a loud and effective voice with the VA.
Here is the website of Veteran Sheepdogs of America. Look toward the bottom of the page, you see a quote by Eisenhower that seems to be referring to dogs of war. Bottom right corner you see a emblem of a soldier and a dog.

The Veteran Sheepdogs of America used the dog incident to raise money, they were begging for donations. It looks like they collected over a million dollars.
I have to ask myself, was Veteran Sheepdogs of America a recruiting organization for mercenary organizations like Erik Prince's Blackrock? Veteran military can join mercenary organizations like Blackrock and make big money going to foreign lands, protecting CIA assets.
I think the "dogs left behind" story is fake. It was used as a label referring to mercenaries that were left behind. The same mercenaries getting paid big money to protect the drug trade that is destroying societies around the planet.
If you feel the urge to bring up the 13 dead soldiers in the future, we are at war, people die in wars. You cannot stop lone wolf terrorists no matter how well thought out your plan is. The Afghan war is over, send President Trump a thank you letter and move on.
Stay safe my frens!!!

The things you state seem to be right on target, except for Blackrock. The company was called Blackwater. The company is no longer called that, however I worked closely with them, Dyncorp and Triple Canopy for a year in Iraq. They were not acting as assassins or murderers. They did have some bad apples, but the vast majority of them were honorable veterans that continued serving their country as bodyguards for unarmed civilians across the whole of Iraq for various missions (non-military). The media portrays them as CIA assets, however the companies that actually provide the CIA with contractor assets are companies that you will rarely (if ever)see in the news. I was in the CIA compound for a very short time in Baghdad, the contractors working there were not affiliated with Blackwater, Dyncorp nor Triple Canopy. I did not even get to see a company logo on any of them, but there was only one CIA employee in the entire small compound. If any of the three companies listed above were truly CIA contractors, their names would never have been on the lips of the mainstream media.
My bad, not sure where I got Blackrock from, lol.
I understand these men may be patriots and I am not even certain Blackwater is a bad organization, it is the only mercenary org I was aware of.
Our government overthrows these countries and then exploits the people and resources, committing crimes against humanity along the way.
Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 however it was the excuse we used to invade. Many innocent lives were lost. Later they said "weapons of mass destruction " it was all lies.
The reason we went into Iraq is because Saddam Huessein wanted gold backed currency for his oil. This threatened the international bankers petro dollar. All wars are banker wars pushing global power in their direction. Unfortunately the US military are used as pawns to achieve their agenda. This is why Trump boasts about starting no new wars.
Regardless of your honor, getting involved with organizations that feed the evil system comes with risks. Sacrificing a few lives sets a reminder for the future that may create hesitation to participate in such activities. It has to end somewhere.
