Yeah, pretty much chump change for Big Pharma who has already paid that amount or more from past lawsuits unrelated to the Covid jabs.
The lawsuit is not the same as being charged and convicted of crimes against humanity. That penalty will take the rest.

The people who didn't get the experimental gene therapy should be the ones suing for having our lives ruined for two years. The mental duress of not knowing if I was going to be fired for not taking the clot shot was horrible. Not as horrible as turning into a walking bioweapon, like the vaccinated "though.
I have been sick since then, but I have been taking Ivermectin which is a wonderful medication and helped me besides vitamins and good food. I know in my heart that they will pay for everything they have done to us. Still sick, but I can breathe better. I had to take ivermectin for a month to stop being congested and now I can breathe better.
$126 million for 200 people whose lives will never be the same? After lawyers take their cut, that is nothing. If the lawyers take half, each person get $315,000. Is that all your life is worth, when the lying Big Pharma companies make billions, Fauci, Gates and others multi-millions. Wise up. You don’t even know what you will be facing health wise or what your family will face if you are dead. It is to early to sue.

No, it is far from perfect. People are rushing into a lawsuit for which they will get squat. Big Pharma needs to be sued into oblivion and brought to their knees instead of asking for a bandaid on a lifetime of misery, death and destruction. Be flip if you want, but these evil companies which the government, the medical industry, businesses, and taxpayer dollars have propped up, need to go.
Not necessarily disagreeing with the greater goal, but again, you're saying that because this suit isn't perfect therefore it isn't any good at all. I disagree. Courts haven't exactly been cooperative yet.

Every single human being that was affected by this bullshit pandemic should be part of a class action suit. You were either forced to take a jab, forced to wear a mask, forced to close your business resulting in lost wages, etc... The scope of damage goes far beyond physical harm from the clot shot. and we should be compensated.
One hundred twenty million in compensatory damages but how much in punitive damages? Probably in the billions if they win.

Assuming this doesn't get dismissed for any of the many procedural and technical reasons and actually goes to a negotiated settlement this is how it breaks out:
I was once in a class action lawsuit that was settled where the class got a $5 credit on their Sprint bills for 6 or 12 months of something. The problem, of course, is you had to be a Sprint customer, making that settlement some of the cheapest customer acquisition costs Sprint ever had.
There should really be a law that the lawyer's fees are paid via whatever means the class gets paid in. Somehow I don't see the lawyers accepting $1 million dollar statement credits for 12 months or a 100 million minutes of long distance (which used to be a thing kids, that's right, you paid more to talk to people outside your area).
Does anyone know who the lawyers are? Is Thomas Renz involved...I had heard he was working with a lot of different lawyers...wonder how long this will take to wind through the corrupt court system...
