I am assuming that,

I know he isn't MAGA because he turned up at with a similar outfit at climate protests. He's a professional crisis actor, the capitol police knew him and led him to the right place for a photo op. it was planned. TBH it doesn't matter whether he got paid or did it for fun, he tried to overthrow the country..
