I know how you feel. I was feeling the same. But got to thinking this is the great awakening and isn't the goal to wake people up?
That's not everyone's goal. There's people here on GAW that are just wearing that costume, but it's not real. They are just angry morally deficient underachievers that have put together a sullen image they think makes them appear serious. It's embarrassing to see. But yes, the goal is to educate your neighbors and family and then look after them. For most men, that is a neverending job and they don't have time or inclination to fantasize their duty to country and God may culminate in saying "I told ya so!" and mandated viewing of public execution and hopefully torture. Theres a difference, and some of these folks aren't serious about building. Just destroying. "White Hats" are out there doing the building. They are just here for the explosions and car chases parts of the movie.
I believe in true redemption. Woody's looks fake.
Most people's look fake, but putting your rep on the line by saying something contrary to the established narrative is a good way to prove it's the real deal
Also, what good is it after the op is already over? The time to say this shit was 2.5 years ago. This is them coming in and trying to take credit for what we did years ago and trying to control the narrative.
