E and R are side by side on the QWERTY keyboard, this one could be an honest mistake. But, it seems unlikely President Trump’s posts are pre-written and proofread when you consider how many people are reading them for comms.

There is a potential Q post linked here with RR featured in it, even though it seems too obvious.
