Steps:

1. increase the cost of energy, which increases the cost of everything
2. devalue the dollar
3. make personal movement (commuting) illegal or prohibitively expensive
4. tax carbon and farmers out of existence
5. outlaw meat by outright or by taxing it out of reach, which will further make a weak and docile society
6. promise to “take care” of everyone who moves into the government’s sanctuary cities.
7. outlaw any speech against the government or ESG initiatives as “hate speech”
