If a post appears that states "BIG ANNOUNCEMENT IN X DAYS!", I just ignore them now. DCDraino's "huge" announcement, for all the good that it may do, was it for me.

Actually Drainos is a big deal, for him. Hes been fighting to get to this point for years. And precedents do matter. But it has to be ruled in your favor before you can actually set that precedent.
That's true, but I'm talking about over-reaching with my own hopium. Draino's announcement was definitely big news, but it made me realize that I have a tendency to read much more into these pre-announcements than I should, only to be disappointed. So much is happening lately that I've been taking all of these hyped-up things as something much bigger. I'm now quelling that a bit, and just waiting for the announcements to come out while keeping my hopium low(er), and not getting so amped up.
