Trump for President with another running mate: Trump controls Washington, DeSantis controls Florida.
Trump and DeSantis as President and Vice President: Trump controls Washington, DeSantis does nothing, somebody else controls Florida.

3.DeSantis as President: Desantis controls Washington in a less significant way, Trump does nothing, somebody else controls Florida
