Nobody has worked as hard as Trump, nobody has lost as much as he has while he continues to fight. He’s earned every single bit of trust I can give him, and he’s the one that gets to call his successor forth when the time is right.
And if they steal the next election and I don’t see a plan in place to fix it, then let’s just say that I will no longer participate in this country at any level (from voting to taxes), and I hope to see an army of people who will do the same.
No American should trust a public figure that much. No matter who they are. And Trump is not a 1 man team, he's the front guy for a team that must have hundreds of people. He's likely not the leader, but merely the public face.
Even if your trust is well placed, you need a healthy skepticism when it comes to government.
I'm not saying anything positive about desantis, that's for fucking sure. I'm just saying that this fight, against the cabal, was started a looooooong time ago. Nobody that is alive today was alive when this thing started. A lot of work was done by many people.
And without the work of everyday people like you and me dropping the old elite-engineered culture and creating a new one with their everyday actions and habits, no leader could do a damn thing.
No good leader would want his followers to give him as much praise as you're giving trump. He's not doing it for the praise, he's doing it for the freedom, and it's ALL about the freedom.

I understand why you like DeSantis, but I think we need some very specific people on some specific timelines to clean up the DS mess and set the right precedents, and (setting aside my distrust for DeSantis) I just don’t think DeSantis will be able to fulfill those needs.
Trump 2024, to help fix elections once and for all.
Kari Lake 2028, to weed out the hold outs remaining in the media and the deep state.
Maybe somebody like Sarah Huckabee Sanders to be the gentler uniter to set the direction for future generations in 2032.

Remains to be seen if and when DeSantis will be able to live up to the expectations Trump has set for a president. He imitates Trump now, and that doesn't get my vote of confidence.
I'm a big fan of DeSantis, but he's in no way ready for the big house and running this country. IMO he should remain as Governor of Florida, where his strength lies and where he can do the most good, until at least 2028 (and 2032 would be better). He's still young, has time to learn and hone his skills while pursuing his goals. If he has higher office aspirations then, whoever takes the presidency after Trump should consider DeSantis for a cabinet position first and see how he does.
I also hope that if RD has aspirations for higher office in the future he'll build as much America First governing infrastructure into his state as possible over the next six years. There are a lot of liberals in Florida and if he were to leave soon for any reason, the backslide would be severe. I don't see anyone on the horizon in Florida who could pick up the Governorship and execute the tasks as well as DeSantis has been doing so.
Trump for President, most definitely, and there are some reasonably good options for VP. I'm guessing that this time Trump will be choosing his own VP vs having the RINOs in the GOP choose. MHO.
