Technically, this one is "Constitution for the united states of America" ratified 1788, in effect March 4, 1789. I believe it says that at the front or in the preamble, despite it being labelled "of" in other publications. This appears to be legit Trust I document as opposed to the "of" document which is Trust II, created 1871.
The preamble always closes with “…and establish this constitution for the United States of America.” The table of contents and title of the document say OF THE UNITED STATES.
I too have been seeking to verify a copy with the original wording. I cannot show that edition to someone else and expect it to be compelling enough evidence to convince them. How good of a job did they do burning copies in the 19th century to erase history?
Good question. Is that what the British were burning in War of 1812? Their attack was clearly targeting founding documents and pending amendments, imo.

So you think this is not the original? Is there a 3 level trick being played on us?
