Now do a list of each state’s cession treaty so anon’s can point back to their home state’s contract when reclaiming the original jurisdiction of the united states as sovreign nations unto themselves.

I’m convinced the original 13th was viewed as an act of class warfare by the old world nobility. Look into the marital history of Jerome Bonaparte and his descendents for the underlying social context behind the amendment. Its not surprising that war ensued with the end result being everyone receiving the classification of labor producing livestock

I too have been seeking to verify a copy with the original wording. I cannot show that edition to someone else and expect it to be compelling enough evidence to convince them. How good of a job did they do burning copies in the 19th century to erase history?

The preamble always closes with “…and establish this constitution for the United States of America.” The table of contents and title of the document say OF THE UNITED STATES.

On this I must disagree. We got this “rant” a couple of weeks after Adams leaks info tied to the Israelis setting up Gaetz. This video was one of the most rancid, rotten pieces of low hanging fruit I’ve seen from a person presumably on the right side of history. Be careful because not only was his rant distasteful and hyperpolarizing on the right but those rallying around him are dosing their online persona with a poison pill. I suspect he had to put this out as retaliation for causing others to lose face from his prior actions.

Thats on my to do list as well but I need to get my estate in order before I start making credible demands. The more I learn about these processes the more I appreciate the system they built on top of us.

I always thought LAW meant Lying As Work. I like it the elemental analogy though. The trickiest thing with trust law are finding good resources and navigating the morass of potential missteps. Ive study these topics as much as I am able to and I find the widest knowledge gaps I am still working through are for trust formation and maintenance. There are a lot of different opinions out there

The reason is pretty simple. The Federal Reserve system fattens their widely held public interest trusts and reaps them at different times according to the periodic events. We’re in a big one with these shots putting patented programs into people and either collapsing them at best for them or at worst having a pretty good case to patent altered dna or place agricultural liens.

I disgress; house joint resolution 192 Public Law 73-10 from 1933 pertains to the remedy for the removal of constitutional collateral from the currency. There is an active obligation for the system to support the beneficiaries within it but few have the know how. When we the people abandon property they are fed.

They can play whackamole with your offramps. You aren’t wrong though. Need to develop an argument that crypto on the blockchain isnt in their jurisdiction. Capital gains on crypto is not applied uniformly especially with some states like NY and their bitlicense nonsense which restricts what services are available in certain jurisdictions but not others.

More questions:

How are you calculating the values to report in sections 7 and 8? My guess is you’re claiming the info to be incorrect. I’m curious how you’re applying your thesis from WV vs EPA to determine the corrected values.

Similarly, what are your rationales provided for sections 9 and 10?

One more: When we consider capital gains, if we’re talking about crypto held and transacted on the blockchain exclusively. Do you think there is an argument to be made that the assets exist in a foreign jurisdiction (ie Ethereum mainnet). Have considered amending my returns on a 2555 form to restate the gains on item 23 as Other Foriegn Earned Income to reap the $112,000 exemptions.
