Just found out my sister, un-covid vaxxed, has a high D-dimer count (4500, should be more like 400 I guess). She had a blood transfusion about a year ago. The crappy doctor is doing nothing but scheduled her for an ultrasound on Thursday (6 days away). She has other health problems.
What should she do? NAC?
NAC and Nattokinase have shown promise.

^^ This! They're the real deal! Look them up.

Take Nattokinase or Lumbrokinase asap. She may have gotten vaccinated blood. Take the detox protocol by the FLCCC.
NAC, Nigella Sativa, White Pine Needle Tea.
Could be a blood clot. Most commonly in legs.
If she has no symptoms like leg swelling or pain, may be why they scheduled the US so far off.
I've got friends who got COVID and developed clots and weren't vaxxed.
Or maybe she just happens to have a clot? People did get clots before COVID Best of luck
Vitamin K.
Pure ginger and turmeric tea with local honey
Pure 100% pomegranate juice
These should help with the vaccine too
