Well the collection mechanism for this tech started with Facebook (TIA (Total Information Awareness project) and continued by every other social media company along with most other components of the internet now a days.
Yes. At the time when Q was posting regularly, some speculated it was some kind of advanced AI. I scoffed at the idea back then, but now I see it could easily have been at least some of the time.
Always was. Look up mykhyn on YouTube. Cryptic videos most likely created by AI in which one video it’s thanking Q.
