There’s this drug Wegovy used for weight lost. It’s an injection. It works. Yesterday daughter, who pays out of pocket for it, was in with her Doctor for a follow up appt discussing her progress with this drug and conversation turned to how expensive it was, and how it’s hard to get insurance coverage for it. (Only certain insurance will pay for it and only when a person is substantially overweight.) The doctor told her drug was expensive because the medical industry doesn’t want people being able to afford it and losing weight as there is more profit in over weight, unhealthy people.

Black Cumin seed has some of the most interesting videos online. With covid your red blood cells aggregate and they end up lining up looking like they are on a skewer. And they stop moving...so you have no oxygen exchange...when you take the black Cumin seed oil the red blood cells all flatten back out and the blood once again flows normally...it acts somewhat like aspirin in thinning the blood but it has many more great properties...but find some videos...they are fascinating...
Thanks, I will. I also take a powdered aspirin (1,000 mg) every morning with my first cup of coffee. I have lots of aches and pains from daily gym workouts.
I like it externally.
That and natural turpentine -- you absorb them through the skin.
They get into the bloodstream bypassing the digestive tract.
Do you just open up a capsule or is it an essential oil...
