I'm sure it's Trump although i can't prove it.

It's a beautiful Q level troll and information warfare.

Twitter cannot ban him because he might be a parody account, but he says all the stuff Trump wants to say and gets serious when the going gets tough.

It's Trump in a fake moustache and the history school lessons of the future will be an absolute riot when they study this.

Plausible deniability is the word.

I personally feel it's not Trump. Primarily due to substantially dissimilar linguistic patterns. In short, he doesn't sound like Trump when he communicates.
