I keep asking the same question. Makes me ill to constantly see this stuff right in front of our noses.
It's not that there are a lot of them, but the few that do exist have positions of power and influence, even to direct the design of diapers...

They only promote members to higher ranks. This recruits amoral evil fucks that just want power and money. It also insulates the higher levels. Their symbols are just gang signs and communication.
