today on the local news, they interviewed a MtF trans person, who was commenting about a state law that just passed, that made people use bathrooms according to their sex assigned at birth, and stopped "gender-affirming" treatments for minors.
so anyway, this MtF trans person said that they knew they were trans at age 9, and "officially" transitioned at age 25...
and that nothing they ever did, as far as treatments, ever made the "gender dysphoria" go away.
so i guess my question is this...
if no treatments can make gender dysphoria "go away", then why are we even bothering to try and "treat" it with things like hormones, and surgeries.
