Already 11 times in two years did Macron/Borne pass laws with out the French parlament!

Prime Minister Ms Borne has used the controversial constitutional loophole 11 times since becoming head of government last year.

A bill is then considered adopted unless lawmakers vote no confidence in the government.

All it takes is a small let down in WEFer Macron's security when he's out in the crowd and he'll be in trouble.

Last time the French people really offered resistance to the establishment (yellow vests), the covid pandemic conveniently put a stopper to that. I wonder what we can expect next?
