I found out too late about vaccines for Rabies. Mad as Jay after my dog died. Even if there's no graphene or parasites, they use Mercury. Bad stuff.

I guess same thing you do when state requires vaccines for humans, scribble some stuff on some papers.
I own them. Find a vet that don't required when you have to go there. Find neighbors and friends to babysit when you leave. Hard, but not impossible. I have been doing that.
It is my understanding that a teacup chihuahua gets the same size dose as a rhodesian ridgeback, if that makes sense.
