Yep it was a basement dummy still living at home and practicing art. Unless it was with the parents credit card (red flag to gun shop), it was funded by the DS. That has been a trend. Big gun expenses by those who can't afford it.

If it had the slightest bit of psychological issues, suicidal thoughts or was seeing a psychiatrist and being prescribed medication for psychological disorders in Illinois she would’ve never been able to acquire that gun.
