What's the difference between the warrants and the stock? I don't understand.

The warrent gives you the right to buy the stock at around 11.00 regardless of the price.

The warrants are at $3.51(premarket crushing it) so you would add I think it’s $10 per warrant AFTER the merger and you can then exercise the warrants so you’re in for $13.51 a share.
