I dont see things in my minds eye. I am kinda suspicious of anyone telling me they can picture things in their mind like the thing is right in front of them. sounds exaggerated to me
that's interesting & I shouldn't make blanket statements like that; sure some autists here have skills stronger than others. just been my own experience, and many of the students i worked with/could see pictures/also understood memes..the AEA karens like to say Temple Grandin thinks in pictures, but haven't read her book to verify. I think in varying levels of picture clarity depending on necessity &

I don't know for sure, but I feel like I've been preparing for this my whole life. I've always been inquisitive, and skeptical. I don't follow the pack, and in fact I distrust the pack's judgement and I'm always looking for truth.
I like to think of us like those in the movie Close Encounter Of The Third Kind. We're the ones who had an encounter. We got the light shined on us. We heard the music, we took the trip to Wyoming. Against all odds, somehow we made it to the top of Devil's Tower, or at least we are scaling the walls.

We appreciate the gift and meaning of life and know we are blessed that we are not robots. We make our journey through life 'count'.

Maybe because we have a relationship with God. A step down from that is a situationship, where you are controlled by the circumstances, the situation, and even further down that scale is an imaginationship, like transgenders.
