No one that stupid, that totally incapable of relating actual cause to actual effect over time and that consumed by idiot level narrative can not possibly have the mental faculties to be any kind of officer of the court.
The entire system needs to be pulled down, the rubble burned up, then rebuilt.
And a huge portion of our current officers of the court should consider getting the jump on the stampede and start looking into manual labor employment opportunities now.
