And if you have the time and space to do it, making pasta from scratch is so worth it. It may take a few tries, but once you get the knack of it, you'll realize that boxed pastas aren't even in the same galaxy as far as taste and versatility.
We are partial to Lasagne, and we make it all completely from scratch. Wife makes the ragu and cream sauce using leeks, and I make the pasta from scratch. Our son refuses to eat outside Lasagna and for us, this is the ultimate benchmark!
