Soybean oil is in everything. Mayo? check, Salad dressings? check. Basically anything that's a "product" (man made) and not a food (grown/killed) has a high chance of having soybean oil or some other seed oil / sugar /etc.
Indeed, which is why I've had to look at "alternative" brands, ones that offer alternative oils and extraction methods.
Good news is, alternatives are more and more available as time goes by.
For sure this what I was thinking. Also seen and felt that black seed oil is great for keeping hormones balanced which in a world full of estrogenic food and drink must be good.
Some seed oils are bad but I'm pretty sure things like black seed oil (nigella sativa) are amazing for your health when consumed in small doses.
