yeah I'm same, giving up bread and pasta was no big deal once circadian rhythms were fixed.
Eat a big protein/fat breakfast as close to waking up as you can, ideally eat outside around or after sunrise.
Get in full spectrum sun daily
Get it much much closer to natural dark conditions after the sun goes down,
Keep off the bright screens / tech after hours as well.
All of this directly impacts cravings. What needs to happen is the leptin receptor needs to accurately assess the leptin amounts in the body, and this drives appetites. Leptin is found in high amounts in subcutaneous fat under the skin, so getting skin in sunlight resensitizes this hormone's function.
This is why indigenous or natural lifestyle expats that live down in the subtropics/tropics/equator do not get fat and lethargic. Even if they keep eating rice and other grains... because the UV sunlight is the hormone and energy utilization conductor for the body.
