Youtube says ZERO comments for this video, yet there is a bunch here... If the algo sees ZERO comments does it mark the video with NO USER ENGAGEMENT, therefore reducing the visibility of this video?

Do others see it with ZERO comments, yet shows plenty of comments? Just wondering if it is only my browser showing that.
