I can see your point. But, take for example East Palestine OH. What is the military significance of that town? A few thousand white folks getting pushed out of their homes for what reason? They certainly don't want to stay there in that polluted environment, so why have that area evacuated? Interesting point you've brought up, but I'll have to use my brianpower to make any sense out of it. I can see bridges being cut, power lines being cut, and other services going down, but to pollute one isolated town, I've got to think on that. Thanks for picquing my mind.
