"Only LOVE can bring the rain," is literally the same thing as singing "Only Jesus can bring the rain."
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say you don't believe in Jesus though. I'm here to tell you though, God IS reaching out to you. He IS making himself known to you. You aren't responding or giving Him credit where credit is due.

Not an absolute sauce but maybe consider Esther 4:14... or the whole story. God is not mentioned but that little book of the Bible is full of coincidences.
