I remember in the 70's he showed mental institution abuse.
I remember because my younger sister has Down Syndrome and this upset my mother.
That's too bad. Whenever a loved one is away from us, we have to keep a sharp eye on what's happening. Especially nowadays, when anybody ends up in the hospital. I think there are even papers online that you can hand out and keep for various instructions, i.e. No Vaccines.
Especially in the cities, many of the homeless are mentally ill, sometimes violent and need help.
Shouldn't be on the street to fend for themselves.
They are on the streets because they closed down the mental institutions.
