Tap water. You pay for it, our forefathers would have loved it. Try what the elders drank; water out of a pond or stream. Back then beer and spirits were drank because the water was too polluted to drink. Heck, even children drank beer. People were tougher a couple hundred years ago.
Try hauling things on your back, walking miles every day, plowing fields day in day out, working 16 hours per day so you could afford to feed your family. Yea they died early because they worked themselves into the grave just to stay alive.
