I’ve managed many restaurants. AOC is the girl that works in places that have a tip pool, on busy nights, makes her regulars camp in her section, pockets their cash tip (100% to her and 0% to the pool) spending an entire shift under producing while taking and equal slice of the tip pool at the end of the night.
If I had to bartender with her, I’d bully her off the bar shifts with me.
Oh, so what is mine is mine and what is yours would be mine also.
Funny enough we were in the same city. I wish I could say I had the chance to fire her cause I know I would have.
